WHSV: West Virginia officials announce new app to help people recovering from substance abuse

April 22, 2020: A new tool to reduce isolation and offer support resources to West Virginians with Substance Use Disorder was announced Tuesday. The Connections app will allow treatment providers across the state to stay connected and engaged with their patients.
